The FAO Agricultural Development Assistance Mapping tool, better known as ADAM, has been developed by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization to provide information on the resource mobilization environment for a particular country or group of countries. It shows where Overseas Development Assistance is being directed, by whom, and where there may be synergies between the priorities of the recipient country, FAO and donors. What is more, ADAM allows users to determine FAO comparative advantages, and offers information which may help as a first step to the formulation of resource mobilization strategies. == Background == Focused prioritization of resource partners’ interventions in developing countries has become a prerequisite to improving development assistance in line with country development objectives. As FAO began to develop its Country Programming Frameworks as a means to set out those areas of work where FAO would work towards priorities outlined by national governments, the Organization sought to build a tool that could align areas of priority interest for governments with areas where donors were spending considerable sums. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「FAO ADAM」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
